Our interdisciplinary team consists of professionals from education, psychology, economics, and social sciences.

At the center of our work are five core values: independence, sustainability, interdisciplinarity, cooperation, and purpose.

Our diverse projects are aimed at children, adolescents (students and apprentices), and adults — as well as professionals in the education sector, such as early childhood educators, teachers, and vocational trainers. Most of our programs are also suitable for mixed-age groups.

We collaborate with partners from science, education, health, business, and civil society — regionally, nationally, and internationally. Together, we implement projects that create lasting impact.

At the center of our work are five core values: independence, sustainability, interdisciplinarity, cooperation, and purpose.

We combine inner and outer development in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, the Inner Development Goals, and life skills development. In doing so, we base our actions on Viktor E. Frankl's existential-analytical view of humanity. We use playful and innovative formats from psychology, education, and science to promote inner and outer transformation.
